Our fitness instructors work one-on-one with each of our clients. This enables them to create and maintain a one-of-a-kind training program for each client, so you get more effective workouts, and faster results.
Bella Medici has our very own, on-site gym for private sessions. No more worrying about working around other people in the gym, or having to wait on machines.
We use an app that allows our instructors to upload your workouts directly to your account, so you have them on your phone wherever you go. The app lets you see each of your scheduled workouts along with instructional videos in case you're not sure how to perform an exercise.
Our trainers will offer nutrition and supplement recommendations to help you optimize your training. Meal plans are also available if you want to take full control over your healthy living.
